Downloaded program is "lost" on "unnamed device"

Downloaded program is "lost" on "unnamed device"

I downloaded several programs to the Xfinity TV app on my iPad. I watched them and attempted to delete when finished. I was offline - I was on an airplane at the time - and received an error with the deletion. These recordings are now listed as being on an "unnamed device." I cannot delete them from my iPad or my DVR box. They just seem to be gone. Has anyone encountered this? How can I delete these programs so they are not taking up space on my DVR?

Go to https://device.comcast.net/devices and logon with your primary user account. Select the X1 DVR Downloads tab and delete/remove all the devices listed.  This should most likely release the show back to the DVR.  Hopefully that should help.

  Are you still seeing this issue?  If yes can you try logging out and logging in back to the app?
