Downgrading Services

I must be imagining things but I am simply unable to find any way to change my service selections on the website.  Upgrading is fine but if one wishes to downgrade to a less-expensive service, I see no way of accomplishing that via the Xfinity website.  Does downgrading service require a support phone call?
