from that I can tell you it does not recognize your silver light player.   Is there something on there you need to watch that is not on your cable box.. This will not be fixed until comcast comes back wednesday.

You could try re-installing Silverlight. If this is with the videos on the XfinityTV site and it says to upgrade your Silverlight player have you tried that yet?

Had that message pop up recently and I had the current Silverlight version on my computer. Did the upgrade from the pop up message and on restart I could watch videos.

Of course more details on what your problem is would be helpful.
