Do I have Cloud DVR on my account/in my market? No recordings showing up in the app.

Do I have Cloud DVR on my account/in my market? No recordings showing up in the app.

Hi,

I'm trying to work out why I don't see programs I've recorded on my X1 DVR in the xfinity tv app for iOS, and from what I've been reading, apparently my account needs to have certain rate codes for cloud dvr added to it. Is there any way of knowing if that's been done? Chat support said he was "syncing" my account and that it would take twenty four hours to work, but I don't know if he knew what I was trying to get at. I haven't been asked to accept any terms and conditions in the app that I can remember, which I also read is a prerequisite.

(This directed mostly at Comcast employees who presumably can see if my account has been provisioned for it. I live in the Portland, OR market, if that helps,)

  Portland has not launched cloud dvr, you can only stream live TV and On Demand at this time.
