Did a box swap last Saturday...my new boxes are greyed out on the my account app...

How do I fix this? They received my return boxes.

It took mine a couple of weeks+ before mine disappeared from my device listings.  I believe some back end processing has to occur which is not instantaneous.  I always keep copies of my returned equipment receipts in the off chance they try to hose me over though and say I didn't return the device.

In my case, the greyed out icons were of boxes that the server couldn't match to my device.  Not really an issue.

Hi adammusic, I went ahead and did an account cleanup and refresh, this should clear up the boxes you no longer have on your account. Can you please retest?
