De-registering devices from TVGo (TV Go)

De-registering devices from TVGo (TV Go)

TV Go only allows a family to have 3 devices tied to an account... I get it.  Unfortunately I got rid of some devices and had not de-registered them before I did. Whoops.   Is there any way to de-register them from the web site rather than from the device (which I no longer possess?)

hi, I'm having a similar problem, i have already been to the website and de-registered my devices, but trying to add an an ipad is failing......keep getting error "This account has reached its device limit. Please remove a device from the account in order to register" Currently all have been removed and still getting this error. thank you, Greg
