DVR showing 92% full but recordings not showing

DVR showing 92% full but recordings not showing

Nothing has changed on my system which I have been using for quite awhile. Suddenly tonight, out of the blue, My Recordings does not physically list any of the names, etc of the recorded shows though it does correctly show 92% full. What in the world is going on?
