DVR recordings not showing on my apps

DVR recordings not showing on my apps

I have multiple shows recorded on my dvr and when looking under recordings on the app it says may dvr has no recording at 0%. Any help with this?

Do you have Cloud DVR enabled on your account? It is not an automatic thing, you must call in to have the Cloud DVR rate code added to your account.  After it is added, only recordings that occur afterwards will show up on the app.
