DVR recordings not showing on Xfinity TV app

Hello,

 

My Xfinity TV app has not been showing my DVR recordings while in my home for a few months now.  It used to work but now I have not seen any DVR recordings inside the App on both my iPhone and iPad.  I have logged out/logged in and still nothing.

 

I have called Comcast and the 'Cloud rate code' had been already added to my acocount awhile ago.  She is seeing 0% DVR on her side but my DVR is displaying 65% or more on my DVR.  My DVR has been working fine with no problems.

 

Any ideas why it is no longer working??

That tells me your "Cloud DVR" rate code is missing from your account. Call Comcast, speak to BILLING, and ask them to make sure the "Cloud DVR" rate code is added to your account. BILLING usually gets this issue cleared up right away, the other CSR's not so much.

To verify you have Cloud access, goto:  https://xtv.comcast.net/ and see if you can view your recordings from your DVR there...  if not, there is probably a back-end issue with your account and you will need to call into Comcast to begin the troubleshooting process.

Can you start a recording from the Xfinity TV app using the guide on the app?  Pick a show from the guide (using the app) that is currently on. Does it give you the "Record" option? If it does and you click "Record", does the recording show up under the "Recordings" menu in the app?  If you don't see the "Record" option then I say your rate code is messed up. Post back with your results.
