DVR recording not appearing on TVGO app or on the web

My DVR recording are not appearing on the TVGO app or on the web interface either.

 

Is there a setting I need to activate?  I know it's available in my market because my neighbor can see his recordings.

DVR recordings DO NOT show up on the TV GO app.  They are available (if you have Cloud DVR turned on for your account) on the Xfinity TV app.  Which website are you visiting to see your recordings?  Recordings should be available here: https://xtv.comcast.net/recordings (again only if you have Cloud DVR turned on for your account).

 

If you visit that website and don't see recordings, call Comcast, speak to BILLING, and ask them to add the Cloud DVR rate code to your account.

Sorry, I meant the Xfinity TV app.   That is the website I am on.

 

Is the Cloud DVR an extra cost?

No extra cost.

See the FAQs.  There is one section about extra cost, only if you don't have AnyRoom DVR service. If you have X1 DVR service already, I suspect you already have AnyRoom DVR service too.

I can confirm that you don't have the proper rate codes added on your account yet. As suggested, call in to have them added. Also, you will only see recordings made from the time that it is added and onward, anything before that won't be available on the cloud service.
