DVR programs available online but not on TV after moving

Hi all,

 

Recently moved to another state and noticed that our old DVR'd programs are available online, but not on the TV.  Anyway to fix this?

If a transfer was done you may be able to only see the last 60 hours recorded. I’ve escalated it to a colleague to check the back end of things.

Hello bobholio, I can look into our back end system and make sure your recordings are transferred correctly. Please send me a private message verifying following information:

 

-First and last name of the account holder

-Primary phone number on the account

-The street address associated with your services

-Full account number
