Using Xfinity TV, at the URL "https://xtv.comcast.net/recordings" - the only recordings listed are those initiated from the PC. Interestingly, I can see the most recently watched On Demand shows, and I can see recently deleted recordings, both of which were through my Xfinity set-top box. But shows that list on the set-top box as "Recordings" don't appear in the "Recordings" on my PC.


Clearly I am logged in, since I'm seeing recently watched and recently deleted stuff from the set-top. Also, the recording I initiated from my PC does appear in "Recordings" on the set-tops as well as on the PC. 


It is ONLY recordings from the X1 DVR set-top unit that are NOT appearing on the PC website page "https://xtv.comcast.net/recordings" on a Windows PC. I tried both Internet Explorer and Chrome: both give the same problem. Tried on two different PCs. Same problem. Checked on my Android 4.2.2 tablet with the Xfinity app. Same problem.

Welcome to being a beta tester for the X1 platform. At least that is how I feel. Every week it seems like something new going wrong with the X1 platform.

I am having the same issue as yourself. What I found is that it is random what shows sometimes don't record to the cloud. I usually never schedule recordings through the DVR itself, but rather use the guide on what use to be called the Fancast site, now I think it is called Xfinity TV Go (http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/tv-listings).  Anyway, what I started noticing recently is when I went into the Xfinity TV web app (https://xtv.comcast.net/scheduled) to check my scheduled recordings, some of them weren't showing up even though the DVR and Xfinity TV Go website were showing them as scheduled. If I picked one of those scheduled recordings on the DVR, it would say in the description for the show "Not Available for Mobile Viewing".


Here is the strange part though. If I picked one of those scheduled recordings that had the "Not Available for Mobile Viewing" message, and cancelled, then resheduled the recording, almost everytime the "Not Available for Mobile Viewing" message would disappear and the scheduled recording would now show on the Xfinity TV web app (https://xtv.comcast.net/scheduled). Sometimes other scheduled recordings the had the "Not Available for Mobile Viewing" message would also fix themselves at the same time as I fixed the other one.


It is almost pointless to call Comcast and explain this issue because I guarantee I would be greeted with all manner of dumbfouned responses, and probably hung up on multiple times before getting through to someone who might have somewhat of a clue. The only thing I can hope is one of the Comcast techs that monitor these forums might be able to get this to the appropriate engineer in the X1 department. I won't hold my breath though.


And before some asks, if the DVR scheduled recording has the "Not Available for Mobile Viewing" message, then I won't be able to see it on the on the Android app as well under scheduled recordings.  And I am talking about this when logged into my home network. And I as well tried this on multiple PC's using multiple browsers.
