DVR manager never shows series being recorded

DVR manager never shows series being recorded

For over a month, using all three major browsers (IE, Firefox, and Chrome), none of my series recordings shows they are being recorded.  But when I click on Record Series, I get an error message that says "There was a problem with your request to record. To update your Priority Manager, please refresh your browser."  Except I have tried all three browsers, and cleared cookies and cache on all three.

 

So I can't use the internet any more to see what I have set up to record, or add recordings.  It also doesn't always show individual recordings I have set up (I'll get the same message when I try to add them).   So the Xfinity TV website basically isn't working.  How is that possible?
