DVR manager Problems

DVR manager Problems

I sign in with my comcast email and try to set up an on line recording and receive the following message "DVR Manager is available in your area. However, we are unable to detect a compatible DVR in your household". Do I need to get a new DVR that can accomidate this feature or does comcast  need to do something at their end?

You have to setup your dvr to work with the xfinity tv website. To do this go to the xfinityt.tv link on top of the page then scroll all the way to the bottom of the page. You will see a link called settings under tv. Following the instruction for your dvr and you should be good to go.
