DVR doesn't recognize replacement DVR

DVR doesn't recognize replacement DVR

I got a new DVR to replace the defective one today.  It's up and running, I can watch TV, access VOD, My DVR, etc. from the remote control.  But when I go to the internet I cannot get DVR to manager to work any more (it was fine with the old DVR).  I get this message:  DVR Manager is available in your area.     However, we are unable to detect a compatible DVR in your household.

The new DVR is the same model as the old one, nothing else has changed that I can think of.  I was able to activate the DVR online successfully.

Re: DVR doesn't recognize replacement DVR

It can take 4 days or so for the DVR manager to start working on a new or replacement DVR, as it takes time for the databases to all sync up.  It should start working by Monday.
