DVR content not appearing in Stream app

DVR content not appearing in Stream app

None of my recordings appear under Saved in the Stream app. I logged out and back in but still nothing. Under manage devices, I only see Office, which is not a DVR but Living Room, which is, doesn't appear.

 

is it possible my HD DVR Is not a cloud DVR?? I have Xfinity X1 service.

Have you called into Comcast and had the Cloud Rate Code added to your account?  Only recordings made after the code has been added will be available.
