DVR Recordings no longer accessible from Xfinity App

DVR Recordings no longer accessible from Xfinity App

As of last night I can no access my DVR recordings from the Xfinity TV app.  Recordings used to show as a menu choice but now it is not there. Also previously downloaded recordings are gone. Does anyone know what caused this?

Call into Comcast and ask that your account be refreshed and entitlements resent....
