I am successfully able to navigate to http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/tv-listings to view my listings, schedule DVR recordings, and modify recording settings. This tab works fine. When I then click on the DVR Manager tab which redirects me to http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/mytv/dvr, http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/mytv/dvr (fixed link) I get the following red text:
"DVR Manager is available in your area. However, we are unable to detect a compatible DVR in your household."
Obviously I have a properly networked DVR since I can schedule recordings online. Any idea why the DVR Manager tab will not work?
I have already attempted the troubleshooting tips at http://customer.comcast.com/help-and-support/cable-tv/activating-dvr-online/ and got to the step where it told me to go ask in this forum.
