DVR Manager

DVR Manager

I have all new boxes that were added fri/sat. My DVR manager is not working properly. I have 2 RNG200n and 2 RNG150n. One of the 200's is set up as an anyroom and both 150's are accessing them. The issue I have is that I only see 3 out of my 4 boxes on the app and computer and I can't get either of my two boxes to record anything remotely. I have had 3 techs out now (one today) and still nothing is working properly.

No they haven't! They were out here and the tech told me that there was nothing wrong in the house, and had to be something that was wrong on the back-end! He told me that he would put in a ticket.

Still having lots of trouble and it has been a week with no call from level 2, as promised.

Now my DVR isn't allowing for me to search shows on the guide to record. It is giving me a connection error message.

Problem has existed for 2 weeks now and still not a word from Comcast on a resolution!!!
