DVR Manager

DVR Manager

My DVR manager no longer allows me to see my scheduled recordings.  It give me the channel to be recorded, but under the listing, it says "Seried Titile not Available"  Everything else works fine.  Is this a problem with Comcast??

Make sure you have to right zip code and service area selected on your TV Listings Page. Also check to see if your listings match on your settings page:

 

http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/mytv/settings
