I cannont get my DVR Manager to appear. I have followed all the instructions, the service is available in my area when I "Check Availability" here xfinitytv.comcast.net/mytv/dvr.
I get a message that says, "DVR Manager is available in your area. However, we are
unable to detect a compatible DVR in your household."
My DVR has been on my bill for a year now. I recently exchanged it for a newer model thinking the previous may have been outdated.
Please help? This service is available, I have an iphone and an ipad I would like to take avantage of this service as I feel I am paying for it.
Motorola equipped area's have this feature already.
A few Scientific Atlanta / Cisco area's are just geting it now for AnyRoom DVR subscribers, and will get it on the rest of the equipment once Guide 2.0 is rolled out, to many area's this year. Once you are notified of the Guide 2.0 rollout you will know it is getting close.
If your have Motorola cable boxes or a Pace RNG110 box, then please call Comcast support to look into your account codes to get it working.

I have a Cisco (changed it from an old SA a few months ago) and was told this feature is supported on this box. But I still do not have this functionality.
How will I know when this is available?
I can see my dvr listed. When i hit "display on tv" i get nothing. i have restarted all devices, logged out and back in......nothing works. There is not error message.....NOTHING!
When will this guide update take place? roughly that is. and will the explorer 8300hd be compatible?
Your RNG200N is compatible. Have you tried setting it up yet?
KeyserSoze73: Our team is currently looking into your issue. I will update you when we know more.
you should call comast and verify with them that they have the right equipment on your account. If they don't it will never work. Click the tv tab top of this page, on the next page bottom right corner of the screen is a wheel clilck there, go to manage dvr's and cable boxes and see what it says there.
