DVR Manager won't schedule

DVR Manager won't schedule

When I schedule something from the online DVR manager, it never actually sets it up on the cable box.  It says that it will update when it syncs to the box, but it either never syncs, or something goes wrong when it does. 

 

I can see everything I've recorded on the box from the web site, and I can even delete things on the box from the website.  It's just setting up recordings that's not working.  Anyone have this issue?
