DVR Manager stopped working on iPad and iPhone app. Can't record.

DVR Manager stopped working on iPad and iPhone app. Can't record.

Show syncing but not recording. Can record if I go directly to the box with myTV remote.

clear your cookies clear your cache.  sign out of the app.  Delete the app, restart, now download it again sign in and try again.

Completed the action requested and DVR manager still shows syncing

does it work on your computer?   what shows when you go here.  have you changed cable boxes recently or made any changes to your service.

no, doesn't work on my computer.  I have not changed boxes since we got HD cable.  I did have service done a couple of weeks ago with a new line put in from the house.  Computer does not allow me to activate the DVR either.  Here is a picture of what I see.

i see no pictures there.   Try this go to your cable box and then press menu go to cable box set up and in there look for remote access set up do you see that?   What cable box do you have?  This issue is most likely going to be an account issue on comcasts end.

Yes I see setup, says activation in progress. Need to go to website to complete .

This is what I see when I go to mydvr to activate.

DVR Manager is available in your area. However, we are
unable to detect a compatible DVR in your household.

is that a cisco dvr or motorola dvr?
