DVR Manager not working

DVR Manager not working

After I sign in, I get the "check availability" page. After entering zip code and selecting the channel lineup, I click "save" but nothing changes. No error message, nothing except "check availability."


I'm in Redmond, Wash., BTW. Friends tell me they have DVR Manager working here.


I tried using online support to fix this. They went through all of the usual diagnostics - I tried two browsers, IE10 and Chrome. Also have the same message on my Android phone.


The tech then sent a reset to the DVR and told me to wait an hour and try again. That was two weeks ago. Nothing has changed.


I'm a new customer. The DVR Manager has never worked for me. Not a great way to start a relationship. Help!
