DVR Manager not working

DVR Manager not working

The DVR manager is available in my area, both of my neighbors have it. When I try and use it I get a message saying that my DVR is not compatible. I have wasted several hours over the past month on the phone with Comcast and I am always told that my issue will be escalated to senior tech support and to keep my phone near incase they need to call me. Well it still doesn't work and nobody ever calls!!! Anyone else dealing with this? I am ready to cancel all together, everytime I call for something it's a headache and the reps never do what they say they are going to do.
