DVR Manager is not working

DVR Manager is not working

I just got my new HD DVR box today and i can't get DVG Manager to work online or via xfinity TV app.  The new box is compatible with the DVR Manager, this is why i got the new one.  I am getting this error "

DVR Manager is available in your area. However, we are unable to detect a compatible DVR in your household"


How do i get this fixed and resolved?

dvr manager takes 3-5 days to provision to your account.  Also i noticed you said you got a new box to be able to do this, which is a red flag as most of the boxes you would currently have are able to do this.  The function is available for motorola and pace boxes for the most part, and in limited areas for SA cisco.
