DVR Manager gives bad info

DVR Manager gives bad info

It had been working fine from my work computer and my iPhone. Upgraded my internet/voice modem (still have the same DVR/Cable box) and now DVR manager reads out: "32% full---no recordings on this DVR". It is my only DVR, I can't program remotely. Can it be reset remotely? I've tried waiting on the phone and it is almost as bad as waiting in line at the local Comcast store when I got my new modem (at "your" suggestion as my old Motorola was at end of life cycle).

TV is great, internet is faster, I want remote control of my DVR as I don't always discover shows to record until leave the house
