DVR Manager No Longer Working

DVR Manager No Longer Working

I went in to check my DVR manager today and I'm now getting an error saying it can't find a DVR connected that works with the DVR manager.  I've been using the DVR manager in the past without any issues.  I tried to re-activate my DVR, but that didn't work.  The model number of my DVR is TDC577X.  Can you please help me figure out what the issue is and why I can no longer use the DVR manager.  I can schedule recordings from my Guide on the TV and the DVR is recording them, so it is working. Thanks.

What steps did you take to try to re-activate it? Did you reset your DVR? If you haven't, try unplugging your TDC box for about a minute or so and then plug it in.

 

I suggest you do this before you go out or before you go to bed because it will take some time for the grid and features to fully load.
