DVR Manager Error

DVR Manager Error

Something is definitely wrong within the xfinity tv go site!!!!!

I routinely check my scheduled recordings for the night, and the following image is what resulted!!  I checked my tv {in another room} , the DVR is functional and my scheduled recordings are being reflected!!!

1.I have opted to keep that buggy notice of incorrect time zone showing.

2.I DO NOT HAVE X1 or any other bells and whistles connected to my tv.

3.It was operational yesterday..

4.I prefer to not call for assistance

5.The FAQ link does not work!!

Has anyone else seen this?

P.S. A Happy Thanksgiving to all ! Smiley Happy

Re: DVR Manager Error

I just tried mine and it worked fine. I do have a X1 DVR though.  Maybe the keyword in the red error message you are getting is compatible.  Maybe Comcast has deemed all legacy DVR's are no longer compatible with Xfinity TV Go website, as another way to force users to switch to X1. Or it's probably just a glitch in the system.

I'm with you though. I hate calling in as well for assistance. That usually turns into a nightmare as you try to explain your problem multiple times as you are switched around and hung up on. Good luck though.

Re: DVR Manager Error

Thanks for the reply, HowAboutThisOne, or HATO Smiley Wink  .

The issue seems to have resolved, or caught up with itself. As you said, glitch.

I do think I'll stay away from the X1 system tho, too many problems presented here in the forums for me to have to deal with.  Plus, discretionary income leans towards dining out,  Smiley Wink

not inflating comcast's coffers.

Wishing you a Happy Thanksgiving !

ciao, bj
