DVR MGR

I have a new PVR and have been trying to use DVRMGR since last Friday.  Continues to say sincing in progress.  Have tried the sync process on 2 computers and same result

 

How do we get the sync process completed so DVRMGR can be used???

Comcast called twice in 24 hours and had the DVR manager fixed.  Works great...Very impressive service!!
