DVD Manager Not Working

DVD Manager Not Working

I just got Xfinity last week (still kept my Uverse as I am not 100% sure) and have been having a hard time with setting the DVD via DVD Manager. Also, my guide doesn't update beyond 24 hours. I have called customer service and they are sending someone out. Any ideas to get this fixed? I am afraid that I am already 15 days into my service guarentee and time is running out for Comcast.

Please provide us some more details.

What do you mean dvr manager is not working?

Is your dvr box compatiable for dvr manager?

Have you activate your dvr manager and your cable box?

What error messages are you getting when you try to record something online?

What have you done to try to fix the problem?
