DCT3416 Series 1 & My Recordings

I have two DVRs in my house. One is a silver Motorola DCT 3416 Series I and the second is the black DX series.

The DCT3416 says it does not support the My RECORDINGS features in the Comcast DVR Manager. Is this true?

All other features work in the DVR manager for this box other than that option.

A 3416 series I or II? Also, does it show all recordings with status online?

Our team is looking into why it says your DCT3416 is not compatible. I will update you when I learn more.

Thanks,
Joe

Thank you. I appreciate it. This is such a great feature that I could use when I travel for work.

Re: DCT3416 Series 1 & My Recordings

They called me while I was at work. Then called again a few hours later and closed the case. Never left a number to call or reached me.

Not much help.

When is the best time to call you at home?

or

Would you rather be called at work? (don't recommend this because we prefer the customer to be home with their equipment)

Thanks,
Joe

Re: DCT3416 Series 1 & My Recordings

Just an FYI. Nobody has called me yet.

Anyway I can call them?

Thanks. I work many hours and could really use this feature.

Re: DCT3416 Series 1 & My Recordings

Nobody ever called or reached back out to me...

I just want to be able to review my existing recordings with myDVR Manager.

Calling the 800 support line does not help. They claim they don't handle the WEB SITES.
