Could someone explain this redundent sentence I keep getting.

Could someone explain this redundent sentence I keep getting.

I can not access the 'whatever it's called' page.  Trying to figure out my options before dealing with the call centers about lowering my monthly bill.

First I get message telling me that I am not authorized to make changes to my account as the primary acct. holder has not added me (not a direct quote)..............SURE WISH I KNEW WHO THE HECK THAT COULD BE!!

Now for the past couple days I get this wonderfully, thought out, grammetically strange, redundent sentence.  Please explain.

Runtime Error

Description: An exception occurred while processing your request. Additionally, another exception occurred while executing the custom error page for the first exception. The request has been terminated

What the heck........running a contest to see how many exceptions to the exceptions you can get????

If you are the Primary user....Login as the primary user name and password at the link below and give the user name you are using the permissions needed.  If not have the primary user login and do it if they agree.
