Continuous Interruption During Online Viewing

Continuous Interruption During Online Viewing

I have been trying to watch Downton Abbey, Season 1, episode 3 from my laptop.  The playback keeps getting interrupted, and I am instructed to reload the screen, and then I click RESUME (not restart) and the show keeps going back to the very beginning.

 

The strength of my internet connection reads Excellent, and my computer is pretty new, and pretty fast, so I don't think it's my machine or my connection.  Is this a known issue, or is there something I can do to fix the problem on my end?

 

The error message I get is: Error 900|8-16

At what point in the episode is the video stopping?

Any other episodes or videos giving you this issue?
