Commercials are not working and don't allow the show to continue to play - Castle

Commericals are not working properly for the show Castle - have tried multiple episodes.

It will get through one or two commericals and then stop and go black and will not go back to the show or continue to play commericals. Refreshing the page does not work either.

We receive Castle from two different providers. Can you please tell me some of the specific videos that it is happening to.

Thanks,

Joe
