Ok- can someone tell me why I am still a comcast customer.  After being on the phone for 14 hours between Friday and today, three trips to the xfinity store.  I am still waiting to get my tv box to come on - they now say it will be Sunday before they can have a service tech here.  If I would of been told that Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Tuesday I would of scheduled it - but well they just kept trying to have me bring in and switch out the box.  #Comcastsucks.
