Comcast in Aruba

We are getting ready to travel to Aruba.  The last time we were there I tried to watch my comcast TV with the internet connection.  It did not work.  Is there a simple way to make this work?  I would like to get this set up before I leave.  Thank you.

not allowed nor possible. You can download up to 10 programs per device to watch anywhere.
