Comcast delivers.... I think not please help with rebooting issue....

Comcast delivers.... I think not please help with rebooting issue....

After several visits from comcast and switching to a new tv I am still having issues with xi freezing with Live TV, on Demand and everything else they offer.  Tonight my main dvr box rebooted over 10 times in 3 hours.  The box was replaced and all my wiring was changed.  Can someone help!!!! This should not be happening.

while the issue exists on the screen call in to 800-Comcast and let the representative run the system diagnostics which will narrow down the problem and they will determine if a home visit is necessary.
