Comcast Website Works OK, But The Partner Sites Are Not Working

Comcast Website Works OK, But The Partner Sites Are Not Working

I can watch what ever I want on Comcast's website just fine, but I want to watch the news on CNN's site. When I try to log in, it says CNN is not part of my package. I have the highest tier Comcast offers that incudes CNN. Who do I can to get it fixed?

Try watching it on XFINITY.com/TV at the link below and let me know if you get the same error message:

that works great... so should it work on CNN's site now?

 

the big reason I was this is to watch CNN from my iPad and iPhone via CNN's app that now allows LiveStreaming if they can validate that I pay to watch it via Comcast.

You should be able to watch it on the CNN app but I needed to see if it was just with the CNN or if it was happening on all platforms.
