Comcast Live TV Online

Comcast Live TV Online

This just started happening for me today. Tried watching TNT as well as FX and FXX via the Comcast TV Website. I've searched and it seems many people have run into this issue. It also seems many people have been told it's on their end, vs Comcast's side.

So today, when this happened, I tried all the things everyone suggested in the forums, not expecting any of it to work, and I was not dissapointed. Not a single fix suggested by other users addressed this issue.

So instead of trying to list them all, and possibly messing up PC, I'd look into this another way. The issue is on your end, being Comcast/Xfinity, or whatever you guys are calling yourselves these days. The issue is with the streams themselves and how ever you are delivering them. I killed all applications that would possibly use bandwidth, even though I'm getting 125Mb down. So I fired up my network monitor. You know what I noticed? inconsistency in the packets being sent. Sometimes the packets come in great. Stream comes in HQ and everything works and then for no reason at all, the packets just stop coming in.

This is happening inconsistently throughout, even during the commercial breaks. Never says bufferring. No information coming from you web application. Literally. Nothing.

Now, I'll add the info you guys always request, so you guys can hop on fixing the issue and not trrying to blame a customer.

Re: Comcast Live TV Online

This is STILL happening today. Tryign to watch AMC and it's still stuttering, freezing, etc. Guys come on. You haven't even bothered to reply to the initial post. With what I shell out to you guys every month, I'd really expect this to work. How can you expect anyone to even consider buying into the new pay streaming service you've announced if you can't even get this working properly on your website?

Come on now, let's figure this out.
