Cloud DVR in Michigan

Why can't we have cloud DVR in Michigan?  Why won't Comcast tell us why we can't have it?  Why won't Comcast tell us when we will get it?  Why do we pay the same prices as the rest of the country for lesser service?  If only they had more competition in SE Michigan things might change.

Someone in the X1 forum said it was available in Detroit now.  Call customer service and see if they can add the rate code to your account.

Hi SStinedurf, I apologize but I am not showing a date the cloud DVR will be available in Michigan, but once available I am sure there will be an announcement on your Bill.
