Choosing to accept an update for the cable box on screen

Choosing to accept an update for the cable box on screen

I get a notification on the top of my tv screen asking if I want to accept the update that is available but I cannot figure out a way to select the button that says accept. Any one know how to do that?

Are you sure it's not the tv that needs an update? X1 boxes don't offer an option like that
