Channels in my lineup

"Free to me" shows I get HGTV channel, but message says "updating subscription" and that I will see changes to my lineup shortly. What's going on?

Hi Mjdenion, I do show that you're subscribed to HGTV. To get this issue cleared up please reboot your cable box by unplugging it for 20-30 seconds and then reconnect it. This will allow your channel lineup to reboot so that you can watch all the content you subscribe to.
