Changing stations from the TV Listings page at xfinitytv

I am not able to change channels on my TV from this website.  At the bottom of the screen, next to the settings icon, the TV being displayed is the wrong one.  I can not select or change this setting to the correct one.

Did you do this to try changing it?

 

LEFT CLICK  on the name of the box you see at the bottom of the screen.

 

Doing that will show you the names of all your boxes.

 

Click the name of the box you want to control.

 

That should change it for you.

 

With pictures, using my box names changing it from Hers to Everyone Else.

This doesn't work, but I'm using a Mac.

I have the same issue with not being able to switch devices at home from the Comcast website. It only gives me one option and I had two options before.

 

I called tech support on 9/12/14 and they created a tier 2 troubleshooting ticket. It is likely a web programming mistake that affects that part of the service. They are addressing it now and said it may take a few days to resolve. Clearly, it's a programming error.
