Changing channels using the Xfinity TV Listings website

Changing channels using the Xfinity TV Listings website

When I try to change channels  using Xfinity's TV Listings website, I get a message saying "We're Sorry......Please try again in a few minutes"

It used to work on the first try every time. Now it takes at least 3 tries. Happens in Firefox and Chrome browsers, Mac OS 7 and Mac OS 10.

What's the problem?
