Change on line lineup please...

When on line and browsing the TV lineup you have 3 tabs available - Movies, Sports & Kids...

Please add one for 'My Channels' - it obviously can be done. :-)

It is bad enough while on TV, you force us page through ALL channels we do not get for the sake of 'We hope they order that channel because they see it and want it'...

Not all Americans are affected by the Immediate Gratification Syndrome!!! 

 

It is obviously something most of us want... Customer Service please.

It can be done on the TV.  My parents have Dish Network and they can change the guide to only the channels they're subscribed to, and if all channels are showing the channels they don't get are in a different color.

That is Dish... I used to have it as well and yes, they are much more user friendly when it comes to the guide and it's appearance. 

 

But this is Xfinity and a whole new monster.

Hi jessejane, 

 

I just checked the online TV listing, and discovered, that by mousing over the channels, and select the HEART that channel will be added to a FAVORITES listing.  Then by clicking on the FAVORITES BUTTON those channels will show up in a separate list.  

 

I haven't figured how to toggle back to the full listing yet.   Hope this helps.
