Certain channels pixelate: Others XRE 03056 or 59 error

in Harrisburg PA area. CNN, HLN, HSN, QVC, and a couple of other channels are pixelating, audio spotty. Local network affiliate channels, as well as Jtn, CW, Anttv, and others generate a XRE 03056 0r 59 message. Have reset boxes more than once, manually and via help function on X1 menu. First noticed 10/29.

Received call late Sunday evening that the problem was escalated and it was found that problem was on Comcast's end. Problem was resolved and Appt was cancelled. All is well for now.

You might need a tech out, your dvr is having SNR issues ( there's probably noise/interference/loose connections) which can cause the issues you're seeing.

Hi Szucker,

Are you still receiving the error codes XRE-03056 or XRE-03059? If so, I can get the tech scheduled like advised by ComcastAndrew. In order assist you, please send me a private message verifying the first and last name of the account holder, the phone number, street address, and the account number associated with your services and we can go from there.
