Cant access HBO Go

Cant access HBO Go

When I try to log into my HBO Go I get the following message...

"Sorry, there was an error loading this page. Your account has not been charged."

 I was under the impression that HBO GO was included with my Blast account... DId Comcast change this?

I just tried going to HBO Go and watching this weeks episode of Game of Thrones and I didn't have any problem. What browser are you using and what version of Flash? I had problems that cleared up when I updated to Flash 13.0.0.214 from the previous version 13.0.0.206.

I don't have access to your account history, but I can see that you currently don't have HBO. If you think you should have it you're probably going to have to call customer support to get it resolved.
