Cannot watch xfinity tv programming that requires subscription

I am currently a triple play subscriber. My profile page tells me I have access to Showtime, HBO, Starz and other premium content online. When I try to access anything that requires a subscription the orange "key" shows up instead of the green "play" button. This had been working previously. I was not at my home when trying this, but I travel frequently and would like the ability to view online content when not sitting in my own living room (that's kind of the point right?). I went through all the steps to verify my identity, account number, street address and then loggin in again. I was still unable to access any of the subscriber content.
