Cannot watch TV Online

I receive the error message:

 

Oops...

Sorry, something bad happened with the system.
Our engineers have been automatically notified of this error and will get this resolved immediately.

 

We all know that 'immediately' means 'forever' in Comcast.

 

Is Comcast even aware of this?


Is anyone else having this issue?

I'm having a similar issue. X1 will not allow the app to stream content to ANY of my mobile devices. It states -" due to content provider restrictions, content may only be played on a mobile device". I'm using my MOBILE DEVICE! It's the same device (devices) I've been using since I upgraded to X1! As of the 5th, they no longer have access. I called customer service, and the said- "Due to an outage in your area, we cannot access or make changes to your account at this time. We will create an open ticket, and resolve the issue when the outrage is cleared". IN 2 HOURS, IT WILL BE THE 9TH!!! How long does it take to fix an open service ticket!.........Not Happy!
